Hi my name is Ryan Naylor and I live in Troy NY. I'm taking the small business management course at Penn Foster and this is my second time with the school.

I chose it because it was affordable and accredited, and I wasn't ready yet to make a big commitment. I've always been out of school for over 10 yrs and I felt like Penn Foster was a good way to ease back into the education process.

I never had any trouble with shipments, payments, or grading. When I was ready for testing, I went to the local library and took them online because I didn't have a computer of my own. I found the lessons to be easy and finished 16 of 17 in three months. I have until the winter of 2010 to finish my degree or else I can apply for an extension. All I have left is my business plan.

I found it was best for me to study as soon as I received the lesson, so I would just study at home or go to a coffee shop. When I was ready, I would just go to the library and take the test. The only thing I wish I had was a study partner, but other than that, I thought Penn Foster was good and I thought it was a great way for people to ease back into the education process. I also think it's a good choice for people who want to take an extra quarter to learn more to help them with their careers.
